METTKO was engaged to assume control of this distressed project that was behind schedule and over budget. We provided both Project Management and Construction services which included risk management, advisory board governance support, schedule and cost management. In addition to being behind schedule, the project was not compliant with the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (MoHLTC) standards and we were given the mandate to correct this. METTKO completed the project with due haste and helped the owner mitigate as much of their cost risk as possible while achieving MoHLTC compliance.
